We offer shipping throughout Australia via (Registered) Australia Post.
All orders will be packed and shipped within 24hrs (business days) and generally our shipping times are
as follows (shipping time frame below is subject to change):
Victoria Local 2 – 3 business days.
Victoria Metro 2 – 3 business days.
Victoria Remote 3 – 4 business days.
Interstate Local 2 – 5 business days.
Interstate Metro 2 – 5 business days.
Interstate Remote 4 – 7 business days.
Please ensure that you enter accurate and up-to-date shipping address to ensure successful delivery.
Order tracking is available. You will receive tracking information via an email to track your package.

Returns
For all returns or exchanges please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing necmerchsupport@voodu.com.au with your order number, name, and details about the product you would like to return/exchange. A small restock fee will be applied.
All returned garments must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that garments embroidered with additional logos are not returned or exchanged. Please take extra care when selecting your required size.

Helpful Hint: Before purchasing, please refer to our size chart to ensure you receive a perfectly fitting garment. If, upon receiving the product, it doesn’t fit to your expectations, we will happily accept your garment back for exchange.
While extremely rare, faulty products can be returned. Please note that they must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
